  • Formspree Inc. (USA) — Contact form submission processing. Data is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers in the United States.
  • Google Analytics — Anonymous website usage analytics (when activated)

6. International Data Transfers

Your form submission data may be transferred to the United States via Formspree. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge this transfer. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with KVKK Article 9.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: Retained for 2 years from the date of submission, then permanently deleted
  • Client data: Retained for the duration of the service agreement plus 5 years for legal compliance
  • Language preference: Stored in your browser's localStorage until you clear it

8. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses:

  • localStorage: To remember your language preference (en/ar/tr). This is not a tracking cookie.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics may set cookies to track anonymous page views (when activated)

You can clear localStorage and disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
